Returns policy:

We want you to love your purchase. If you don’t, you’ve got 7 days from the time it is delivered to return it to us. To arrange a return, please message us via the contact page or email michelle@abode.co.za. Please include your order number.

We charge a 10% handling fee for processing online refunds on items you choose to return for your own reasons (that’s 10% of the cost of the item being returned).

If it’s agreed that you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product from us we’ll refund you the full amount including delivery.

If you choose to return an item for your own reasons, delivery costs are for your own account. We will refund you the purchase price of the item less a 10% handling fee.

If you'd like to exchange your item, please come and see us in store and we will be happy to assist.
